Keep your everyday dinnerware looking brand new

Everyday Use

Handle with care: Avoid sudden temperature changes (for example, taking a plate straight from the refrigerator to a hot oven) as extreme shifts can cause thermal shock and cracking.

Stack smartly: When stacking plates or bowls, place a soft cloth or paper towel between each piece to help prevent scratches and surface wear.

Utensil marks: Grey marks from flatware can appear over time, these are usually metal deposits, not scratches. They can be removed with a gentle porcelain cleaner or baking soda paste.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Dishwasher use: Most Stone Lain dinnerware is dishwasher safe. Use a mild detergent and avoid overloading to reduce contact between pieces. If your collection is marked hand wash only, gently wash with warm water, a soft sponge, and mild dish soap.

Hand washing tips: Avoid abrasive pads or harsh cleaners that can dull glazes or leave fine scratches.

Drying: Air-dry or wipe with a soft cloth to maintain shine and prevent water spots.

Kitchen Safety

Microwave, Dishwasher & Oven Use

Microwave & Dishwasher safe: Unless stated otherwise, porcelain and stoneware dinnerware can be used in the microwave & dishwasher. Avoid microwaving items with metallic rims or decorative accents and dishwashing items with decals to keep longevity of the original state.

Oven safety: Dinnerware is generally not designed for oven use unless labeled as oven-safe. Always check product details before heating.
