30-Day Warranty:
All Stone Lain dinnerware is covered for 30 days from the date of purchase against any issues.

1-Year Warranty for Registered Products:
Dinnerware registered with us is covered for 1 year from the date of purchase for any defects due to poor workmanship or defective materials. This does not include wear and tear.

Defective Dinnerware

Registered Stone Lain products that exhibit defects due to poor workmanship or defective materials are eligible for warranty service and/or replacement within 1 year of purchase. Unregistered products are eligible for a 30-day warranty only. Please note, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, abuse, or scratching, including items that have been dropped.

Our warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or scratching. This includes items that have been dropped.

Proof of Purchase

To be eligible for warranty service, valid proof of purchase and/or registration information must be provided to confirm where and when the product was purchased. For sales on Amazon.com, the Stone Lain warranty applies only with valid proof of purchase from Amazon.com
